Read More overweight - I smoked nearly a pack of cigarettes a day - I often drank 2 bottles of wine per night (sometimes more) - I had been in an unhealthy romantic relationship for years - I had a corporate job where I worked non-stop and constantly felt stressed - I felt anxious and overwhelmed and completely alone with my feelings and sometimes I would go hide in the bathroom at work just to cry ✨ I struggled with anxiety and went through periods where I had panic attacks almost every day.
