@caleyalyssa Hey Montauk, you pretty 😍 This is my first time traveling since COVID began, and it feels damn good! I used to travel

twice a month and I must say, it’s been really hard for me to stay put these past 8 months. Festivals I used to teach at, and retreats I used to host...all canceled. It’s been a big shift. I didn’t realize how much being grounded had impacted me and my mood until I got here! And, I must say, flying from SFO to JFK has never been so effortless and safe! The plane was socially distanced (I had two rows to myself!) it was SUPER clean, and took no time at all. I also got things like water and snacks right away which normally take 30-40min on a full flight. Have you traveled during COVID? What’s your experience been? @eleonorazampatti I have suffered from anxiety, low self esteem and have battled eating disorders for all my life. One day, 8 years ago,

roaming around the streets of NYC, after a bad fight with my ex I decided to do what he had suggested to do: try a yoga class. I was 31 years old out of shape, unhealthy, and unhappy. I spent the entire class hoping it would end. When I came out of it, my mind and body were totally drained. I was defeated, vulnerable and exhausted, but I felt so alive. I felt I had created a space inside myself that I didn’t even know existed. The space I needed to reclaim my soul. I wish I found this practice earlier in life. It made me stronger, more patient and so grateful. Grateful for being everything that I am, imperfections included. And that’s my mission teaching yoga: making people feel safe and hopefully inspire each one of my students to simply fall in love with them self. Today aloyoga released a new color drop: chestnut. be measured against YOUR potential. To figure out your potential, you have to know two things: where you started, and how far you can go. The thing is, when it comes to potential, often we don’t know how far we can go until we get there. So my point is, don’t base your success on arbitrary goals that don’t leave room for you to reach your fullest potential.
