@kevindhofer I started my serious 1-arm practice around January 2019. I had 6 solid years of 2 arm practice under my belt. I have

averaged about 2 hours/practice. Average 1 rest day every.. 10 days or so. Add up those hours and it’s.. a lot of time! It’s a strange thing to dedicate so much time to. Who cares about standing on one arm anyway? It is a cool party trick.. all I know is, it’s addicting, it’s good for my body, it’s good for my brain, and I haven’t for a moment gotten bored of it yet. Anything that captivates you this much is worth continuing on with, so on I will go. Find something that lights the fire, frustrates you, but keeps you hooked, and you’re onto something special 🤙🏻 • Wearing aloyoga joggers

expansive and wild thing is one my my favorite poses when I want to take up space. There are some peaks in the distance which inspired me as well. I like how pyramid pose creates a mountain shape and the prasarita variation has sharp angles and felt like taking flight. Which pose do you think looks best here?
