@miz.liz Back in Miami for a week before our 3 week road trip up the east coast! 😱😍♥️ I’ve been spending my time

grounding/balancing/getting back into my routines (especially after getting Covid last month in Hawaii and losing my smell/appetite/motivation for a while 😭 - anyone else had that happen?!) 🙏🏼🙏🏼✨✨ It’s been another interesting transition to not have an apt/condo again, traveling to different parts of the US weekly these past couple of months (and until February next year!) - so much adventure, uncertainty, and beauty in [almost being forced to] staying present wherever I am, in each moment. Some things that ground me during this time: 1. Matcha lattés in the mornings (and sometimes afternoons) to fuel 🍵 2. Healing books (I prefer the paperback versions over kindle even though it’s heavier to travel with and not as economic) 3. Crystals - we packed away ALL of our crystals in our storage unit 😭 but I just got healingmotions a fat piece of rose quartz back in Venice that we’re both obsessing over 😘 4. Ukulele - just started playing yesterday! (There needs to be an emoji for this 😆) 5. @meliniseri live in gratitude and inspiration. most people like to close the curtains when they sleep so no light comes in. i’m the

opposite. when i wake up as soon as i open my eyes i look out my window at the sunrise and see the shape of clouds and all of the colors in the sky changing and each time i’m amazed at how beautiful the world is. i like having that be the first thought i have every day. then i close my eyes again and i pray/meditate about all the things i’m grateful for and maybe go back to sleep for a bit longer lol. throughout the day when i pass trees and flowers i stop sometimes to acknowledge how beautiful they are and i say thank you. even the weeds that somehow manage to grow out of the cracks in the concrete of nyc are amazing in their resilience. and these last few nights i’ve been staring at how beautiful the full moon is outside my window. we can find joy and inspiration in the everyday miracles around us. joy doesn’t have to be conditional on external validation, specific outcomes or material things. when we fully appreciate each present moment, we aren’t annoyed at life and we can stop searching for whatever it is we think will make us happier. we can stay in the vibration of love always 💕 ps i love this seamless ribbed set in raspberry sorbet it’s so super comfy it’s my new fave by @aloyoga 📸: reneechoiphotography
