@robinmartinyoga Dance! 💙 It’s day two of #AloBoutInnerJoy and our pose is natarajasana or dancer’s pose. Opening my heart physically makes

me feel light and open. I also cultivate joy by experimenting with different ways make poses unique - my own take on them. 💙 The first version is an active dancer with no assistance to get my foot up by my head. Just trying to get into this shape was entertaining, challenging and fun. The second pose (3rd slide) was another experiment, bringing my foot to the opposite shoulder and holding my knee (I’ve probably seen something like that somewhere but don’t remember where) 💗 The last two dancer shapes are very special to me as they are both results of my own creativity at one time or another.
